This diecast model Chevrolet Corvette Mako Shark (1961) is Blue and features opening bonnet with engine, boot with spare wheel, doors and also working steering, suspension, wheels.

This concept car was inspired by a shark caught by Bill Mitchell (head of GM at the time) during a fishing holiday off Bimini. Larry Shinoda took his styling cues from the aggressive look and graded coloration of the shark's head.
